By accessing or using Smartzi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are that child's parent or legal guardian.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Child accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian. Users under 18 may only use the platform through a child account created by their parent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day free trial for new subscribers — no charge until the trial ends. Refunds are offered at our discretion within 14 days of a charge.
Quiz content created by teachers and administrators remains their intellectual property. By submitting content, you grant Smartzi a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it within the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Educational content is provided for general learning purposes and should not replace professional educational advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smartzi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
